Microsoft Office 365 provides a wide variety of tools to help you organize your inbox and keep track of your email messages. In this video, we’ll show you how to create rules using Outlook to move or flag messages based on specific criteria.

You can create rules to automatically forward, delete or archive messages, or to notify you when specific conditions are met.

For example, you could create a rule to move all messages with the subject line “Meeting Minutes” to a specific folder, or to flag all messages from a certain person for follow-up.

Outlook also provides a number of templates that you can use as starting points for creating your own rules. Have a look and learn how to use Microsoft Outlook rules to automatically organize your email.
