Teams is Microsoft’s communication and collaboration tool. Microsoft Teams has many group chat features present in other software, but it also comes with file-sharing abilities.
To share a file follow these steps:
1. Open Microsoft teams and go to the team (or chat) you wish to share files with.
2. Select attach, choose the file button beneath the box where you type a message, and then either OneDrive or upload from my computer depending on where the file is located.
3. Once uploaded, select share to give it to your team members.
